Special Child Health Services provides Case Management services to families of children with special health care needs.  Case Management is a voluntary, free service provided to children with special needs. We make referrals to and/or assist families to access state, federal and community resources including, but not limited to:

• Salem County Board of Social Services
• Statewide Parent Advocacy Network
• NJ FamilyCare
• NJ Child’s System of Care
• NJ Early Intervention
• Social Security Income
• Division of Disability Services
• Division of Children and Families
• Catastrophic Illness Children’s Relief Fund
• Local Charitable Organizations
• Financial Assistance Programs

Eligibility	Children age birth to 21 years, who are Salem County residents and have special health care needs.
