County-Funded Treatment Services
Salem County Division of Mental Health & Addiction Services can help connect you or a loved one with various substance use disorder treatment options.

Some of these include:

  • In-Patient Treatment
  • Halfway House Services
  • Outpatient Services

There is funding available for these services for eligible Salem County residents. Contact our office today to learn more.

Sober Living and Oxford House Funding
If you or someone you know is new to recovery and looking for a sober living environment through an Oxford House or Licensed Sober Living House, assistance may be available. Funding can cover the initial costs associated with a down payment and a partial first month’s rent. You must be a Salem County resident and 18 years and older.

Salem County Recovery Transportation
Do you need transportation to a recovery meeting or substance use disorder treatment within Salem County?

If you or someone you know is in need of transportation to and from recovery-related meetings or appointments, FREE Transportation may be available. You must be a Salem County resident and 18 years and older.

Municipal Alliance Program
The Municipal Alliance is a network of community-based prevention programs found throughout New Jersey’s 21 counties. It was created for grassroots volunteers to have the opportunity to develop programs and implement activities to address specific substance abuse problems in their communities.

The 10 Salem County Municipal Alliances work diligently to bring prevention and awareness to their communities through outreach and programs to address their municipality-specific priorities.
