Our Space Northeast, LLC specializes in providing virtual support to adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family dynamics, life transitions, and school issues. Our goal is to provide a safe and validating space where you feel heard and supported.

Through a personalized approach, we help increase self-awareness and develop coping capacities that align with your unique needs and values. In our first few sessions, we’ll work together to build trust and create a plan to help you move toward alignment and growth.  We offer psychotherapy and life coaching.

What sets Our Space Northeast, LLC apart is extensive and diverse clinical experience in school social work, intensive in-community, and outpatient mental health. Dr. Jackie Collard is also licensed by the NJ Department of Education as a principal and superintendent and a trained trauma-informed yoga instructor.
