The Cumberland Empowerment Zone Corporation and the school districts of Vineland, Millville, Commercial Township, and Bridgeton have established 21st Century Community Learning Centers. These four learning centers offer programs funded primarily through a grant from the New Jersey Department of Education, with supplemental funding from the United Way, Cumberland County Health Services Advisory Council and other sources.
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers provide enrichment, recreation, positive youth development and social services for students in grades 4 through 10 and their families in each of the districts. The centers also offer academic learning support and programs designed to be S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math), college and career-focused. The four Community Learning Centers and their websites are:

- Landis Intermediate School, Vineland, NJ
- Lakeside Middle School, Millville, NJ
- Port Norris Middle School, Port Norris, NJ
