The treatments provided through Acenda, formerly known as Robins’ Nest, Intensive In-Community (IIC) are available to children and families identified through the NJ System of Care as being in need of clinical support and intervention for behavioral and emotional disturbances.
Referred families must be linked to case management services, Mobile Response Stabilization System, or Out-of-Home services. The goal of treatment is to strengthen the client and family, preserve the family constellation in the community, and enhance family stability.
