Family Connects NJ

Family Connects NJ is a new program that connects parents with a specially trained nurse for a personalized follow-up visit at home within the first two weeks after their child’s birth. Visits are offered to all families at no cost, regardless of income, insurance, or immigration status.

Family Resource Network (FRN)

FRN is a comprehensive family-focused umbrella of organizations designed to provide community-based programs and services to individuals and families with a variety of disabilities and chronic conditions through our three affiliate organizations: Autism Family Services of New Jersey, Caregivers of New Jersey, and Epilepsy Services of New Jersey.

Family Support Organization of CGS (CGS FSO)

We are a non-profit organization servicing families of our counties in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem. We work as a team with Care Management Organization (CMO) to help support, educate, and advocate for families. We are a resource center for information and contacts.

Family Therapy and Consultation Services (FTxCS)

Family Therapy and Consultation Services (FTxCS) and United Family Services (UFS) provide assessment, individual and family therapy, and behavior assistance services in many counties throughout New Jersey. Services are provided in the homes of youth and families through a referral from the NJ Children’s Behavioral Health System of Care.
